Stuart Millington

Stuart has lived in and around the South Hams all of his life. Stuart is married and has two adult children, both of whom now live in Scotland, so his parenting has either been very good, or very bad! In his spare time, he enjoys playing squash, loves getting out on the water and truly believes that one day his golf swing will improve. Stuart has always loved the mix of people and property with estate agency and for him it’s the perfect vocation.

Nigel Tunnicliff

Nigel set up Millington Tunnicliff in 2012, alongside Stuart. The business has enjoyed a high profile within the South Hams, so much so that he has been able to retire at 60! Nigel was respected throughout his career and his name will be retained moving forward.

Natalie Ebsworth

Natalie has lived and worked in and around Plymouth and the South Hams for the last 22 years. Natalie is married to Simon (a former Ivybridge Rugby Club player) and has a son called Archie. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys going for long walks with the family and their two Springer Spaniels, Fiddy and Frodo.

Natalie joined the team in September 2023, following the retirement of Nigel and is looking forward to working with old and new clients in the Ivybridge area.

Genna Skelly

Genna has spent most of her life in and around Ivybridge, starting her career in estate agency here in 2006. She's a proud mum to two children, Kaitlyn and George, who go to school nearby. Genna's passion for estate agency runs deep, as she takes great joy in helping people transition to the next chapter of their lives.

Amanda Wells

Amanda is a local lady and a highly experienced Estate Agent having worked in the business for over 30 years. Amanda’s passion is selling houses and providing her clients with the very best service. In her spare time, she likes to take foreign holidays and where possible spend time with her 2 grown up boys, now forging a career for themselves. Amanda has worked with Nigel and Stuart for many years and followed them to Millington Tunnicliff at the first opportunity.
